yesterday went to mr ng's house to visit him cos he jus had a bypass surgery...was quite interested since ive neva seen an operation scar b4// jus to gif u an overview, he had a heart bypass surgery which is the result of clogged arteries..he had 3!!! yupz.

it was all rather eh cool wich is a pretty neutral word...i was rather fascinated...im jus glad hes well...like he joked" mr ng is alive n kicking but not kicking the bucket:)" cheers to mr ng. like i said, he had 3 blocked arteries so the doc took various arteries frm his neck n his legs to conjoin at the heart. freaky ehz...i thot it was ratehr freaky...he showed us his scars!!!! they look somewhat like stiches of frankenstein monster...n then he told us tt the doctor used a STAPLER to staple him up. the procedure was like they cut him in the chest bout 20 cm long wound? then they took out his heart n his lungs so tt his lungs wud not burst n his heart wud not be affected...n focused on the arteries...

up till today he says he cant slp on his back cos he will feel the sensation that his chest is still open prob cos he realli was cut up once!!!i find the idea rather daunting...ya n the idea tt he was in a sense "life;ess" cos his heart was taken out totally impressed me with the complex nature of science. IMAGINE TT! oh well. he says we shudnt eat too much fries n curry wich is y he got clogged arteries...n the thing is mr NG is not FAT. omg. n he got tis. i cant imagine wad wud happen to fat ppl (i.e me) den he oso say many sports ppl r WORSE. cos they DIE frm heart attack IN THE MIDDLE OF A BALL GAME. then i sniggered which was realli bad...haha cos i onli do skipping.

in any case ppl, skipping is the best sport for ur heart cos its neither too taxing nor easy. skip bout 10 mins each day n tt is equivalent to 30 mins of running. fair enuff ya? n my dad says we shudnt eat nasi lemak n curry cos they r stuff tt contain COCONUT MILK wich is like so totally fattening. cos both his uncles died frm heart attack caused by an overdose of coconut milk. so frens. lets all live heathily frm today onwards. NO FRY NO DIE.:) take care.
