"so, did u read my latest entry about world aids day?",tehsi asked most enthusiastically, half expecting her loyal blog fan to reply yes! of cos.
"no...got anything interesting lately meh??",the loyal fan replies most quizically n in e flattest tone ive ever heard.

n i scrolled back n read my latest entries which happen to be about bigger issues, world issues tt need attention, perhaps they r interesting but i didnt make them interesting enuff? was kinda disappointed....frm my analysis there can onli be 2 conclusions...1.noone cares bout current affairs2.everyone loves minsi's life:)

today was rather depressing n yet exciting....office was buzzing with activity...n us interns were gossiping bout e old reporters hu r gossiping among themselves...bout sth huge happening lah..n dere were 2 incidents tt disturbed me e most...

tmr everyone will read in e papers tt 2 little girls, age 10 n 9 flew out of the rollercoaster ride at a theme park in singapore....frm wad i heard, its tt they didnt meet e height requirements but still took e ride.. the result was of cos a near death experience...they still might die...one is stable while e other is seriously injured...

wich brings me to wonder....are the rides realli tt safe? ive read in e news tt a woman died cos she fell off e rollercoaster at sunway lagoon when it went upside down. n now tis. prob many others have happened b4 them but we dunno.

bein a fan of thrill rides, i often take e rollercoaster ride up to a max of 10 times once. n tt was tis particular time when i almost fell off too cos e belt was spoiled. i almost died. be thankful i held on for dear life...n minsi is still here for u:D

n e other incident tt disturbed me is e aussie-viet guy hu trafficked drug n was hung today. im upset to tell u the truth. i mean im realli upset. ive always thot tt im FOR e advocation of capital punishment...perhaps i concluded tt cos e cases i come across r heinous murder cases...but drug trafficking???

but tis case today prompted me to come up with a headline news "Second Chance". do u think e drug trafficker deserves a second chance? the report read " He was hung at dawn." It's a life we r tokin about here. n its jus so so so unfeeling....to tok bout him tis way. in oast tense. in a matter-of-fact tone.

yes. i admit tt the drugs he possessed cud have harmed many ppl. ever wondered y he did it? to help someone? ever wondered if he regretted his actions? maybe he did? n mb he cud jus find no way to solve his financial probs but to sell drugs. im not saying tt its correct....but theres always a reason for everything...

maybe he deserves a second chance? jus to undo his wrong? n after all...he was onli 25...
