Poor Papa was hospitalised today. When I reached home, my Mom was like :" Your clumsy Papa got himself hospitalised-again." I was like :O ok. If Mom is that calm, Papa must be alright. Then I called him. This is how the conversation went.

The Father: " Hello"
The Daughter(Tay Si): "Hello Papa AH....Mummy say your leg broke liao le....is it ok?"
The Father: " No lah...I just got a piece of flesh sliced off my leg only."
Taysi:" Walau...Pain or not?"
The Father:" Pain lah..need to say meh...The doctor is stitching me up now.
Tay Si: " How did you get injured?"
The Father:" I fell off the stairs and a metal edge cut off a portion of my flesh."
Tay Si:"WAH PAPA. NI HEN LI HAI LEI.!"( Dad you are awesome:)!)
The Father says:" Ni xiao4 lah."( You are crazy)
Tay Si:"Papa, mummy asks if you are coming home tonight..."
The Father:" I think so. Maybe later. "
Tay Si:" Papa,are you going to drive home?"
The Father:" See first lah. Very Pain."

I think my dad is very brave. I will probably be bawling non-stop if a piece of flesh is sliced off my leg. Somemore my dad was being stitched up by the doctor while talking to me.

Just to provide you with a little background info, my dad is a klutz. This is the second time he's been hospitalised. The first time he fell into a drain and one of the pokes poke through his leg. I could see his bone. :S I was grossed out.

Hope Dad will recover fully and he should eat more chicken.
