Level of service deteriorates in Singapore. Yet some good ones survive.

In TaySi's special news coverage, she is going to expose the horrible HORRIBLE service industry in her maiden country Singapore.

Have you heard of charity organizations rejecting money due to fear of hassle?Have you heard of charity organizations personnels being rude to fund-raisers who work their butt off to raise funds?Have you heard of charity organizations who embezzle money? ( This I'm sure you have)

The story goes that this kind-hearted, passionate group goes all way out to raise funds for Org T. Something went wrong with the product they manufactured and a correction was to be done.

The alternatives were placed to the person in charge. Who was the least to say, inflexible and rather unhelpful indeed and mostly blatantly adamant. She said in a rather impolite tone to the head of the group:" Don't tell me it's impossible when you haven't tried."

What bullshit is this! We never try? We thought up of at least 5 solutions. It is our project. OUR PROJECT. Where is the help needed? The tone. Tsk Tsk.
What difference is an apology going to make in the commercial world? You have offended the client. In the commercial world, THAT'S IT. YOU ARE GONE. We can easily withdraw the money you know.

Also, some charity org is so blatantly lazy and unfriendly and perhaps rich until they are able to reject KIND DONATIONS. FOr fear of hassle. The truth baffles me. I need TRANSPARENCY.

This is not the worst of the service industry yet.

On a hot sunny afternoon, Taysi went undercover in one of the 7-11 shops along bukit timah road, wanting to eat ice cream. So did her friends.

Taysi and her friend Mr Lee, both ate Chendol ice cream which was economic and delicious. She took a spoon and realised that the spoon was covered with BLACK COLOUR SUBSTANCE! It was a mixture of dust and dirt. She was awfully disgusted and pissed with the horrible HORRIBLE hygiene conditions and screamed in disgust.

Not only did the salesgirl ignore me, when I asked her politely if i could have a new cleaner spoon, she pointed to the sink and said " NO new spoon, go there wash." Kind as I was, I went there to wash because I didn't want to eat dust. She did not even offer to help me wash. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Of course, true kindness will prevail.God bless them. Like the KIND PATIENT auntie in HC bookshop. She is so so patient and friendly that you just want to buy things from her.And the KIND KIND KInd auntie and uncle at the printing shop at coro. They are SO KIND.

Oh my goodness, I fear for my homeland. We are going to die if people in our society continues to be that way.
We not only need GEMS, we need A FACE LIFT WE NEED A REVAMP.
