Italy won.

The game would have been better last night if Zizou did not head-butt that Materrazzi.If France had been more well-matched in the penalty shoot-out. If only Zidane, Henry, Viera, Ribery stuck till the end.

It is not really an even fight.

I sound like I'm a France supporter. Haha. But no, I am an Italy supporter.I was about the happiest person in the entire block of flat, with me and Jiayan grinning like sheepish idiots when Italy won. And we gave each other high fives everytime Italian players scored.

Del Piero, De Rossi, Pirlo, Grosso, Materazzi.

Franky speaking, France put up a much better fight that Italy in the second half. But my oh my, last night was the best 1st half I have ever watched so far. The penalty goal by Zidane! And the beautiful yum yum header by Materazzi.Of course, not to mention that the head-butt act by Zizou would be a much talked about thing for as long as he lives.

I am exaggerating. Leave that poor man alone.

I admit, I was very absolutely estatic when Italy won but I felt very sad when the French cried. If only he had contained his anger, but when a man's got to flare, he's got to do it. He just had to.

The absolutely most disgusting thing is that Pirlo actually won the man of the match instead of Cannavaro. Please lah, anyone who's got eyes can tell that Cannavaro deserves that title. He can defend people without fouling ok. However, the newpaper says many said that Materazzi should have won it, maybe so, but if he indeed said something to provoke Zidane, then he is not a gentleman.

This I have to be fair.
