actions speak louder than words
-Word messages – what we say – account for 7% of what people believe.
-Tone of voice messages – how we say it – account for 38% of what is believed.
-Non-verbal messages – what is seen – account for an incredible 55% of what a listener will believe.

I really have to keep this in mind.
90% of the time I just talk so much, I fail to remember whatever I said and end up not practising what I preached. Thing is, actions truly speak louder than words. Why am I just so lazy to do more stuff?
Ralph Waldo Emerson said the same thing with different words many years ago. “What you are speaks so loudly I can’t hear what you say.”
Intelligent man.
