If one day I am going to marry someone, it has got to be someone like Mr Teh.

Definitely not like Mr Tan. Because not only will he scare students, he will scare girls. With his unfortunate sense of humour.

And overly enthusiastic in helping kiasu people who so did not fail econs Like I did.

Why Mr Teh?

I was looking at my unfortunate Lep grade ( not that unfortunate la i got quite good for non-studiable parts:D) and he came over and looked with me.

And asked :" why lep post your grades on the board....not very good right..."

I said" no choice".

He stood there as if waiting for me to do something.

Which I did. I cried.

Walau. My heart is so brittle and weak these days I become like something from the sea.

Then he talked to me. And he said I look stressed. I am stressed and I should relax a bit more. He told me it's ok if I can't do maths now. I will do it eventually. He told me to be strong and can't break down now. Because my over nervousness will be akin to like running before the race even started and get disqualified. I really will zhen zuo. I mean I am zhen zuoing now.

The typical him shared his JC story whereby he insisted on studyin history and not other subjects. But his stakes were higher. Because if he failed his AO math, he can't even go uni. And he almost couldn't- he got a c6. haha. I laughed at that.

I am glad that he pretended as if I was not crying. I sincerely didn't want to cry but I had all these uncertainty and fears swelling all the way up to my eyes that I just had to let go some way. I really am not crying over spilt milk. I really am just concern about my future now.

Well. You know, I've been rethinking about being a teacher.
Because years later, in some jc or place, there will be a stressed out and overly-anxious Minsee type student who needs the help of Ms Tay.

I will teach English and Lit.

Not math lah. haha. later my students all fail.
