AH.

This is so freaking frustrating.
Why does he have to put a hand into everything that I do?
The way I do things, the way I speak.

Fine. I admit I am a little too loud, until you in your air conditioned office can hear me in my classroom. Thank you for your help offered. I am not having problem really. Because they are indeed scared of me. I do what I mean.I refuse to believe in punishments. It just does not work. I believe in encouragements, reward systems. Plot is that I have to speak very loudly in class.
People who have met with me recently will probably realise that I am talking a lot louder than I used to. Thanks to this voice straining job. My lung hurts. M throat hurts. My forehead hurts because I have to shout at them-the noisy ones. But I do not want to punish them. What for? Will it work in the long term?

Kids nowadays have no respect for teachers at all.
I called this girl up to the front to read a poem and she insisted on not coming.
I warned her to come up again but she mouthed the work "fuck".
I got very angry and I told her that if she ever did that again, she is dead.

But they don't ever keep quiet.
